Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Burley, Idaho is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to greet guests, present oil change options, and recommend additional services with a focus on safety and accuracy.

You will participate in comprehensive training to build product knowledge and guest communication skills, while contributing to a positive service experience under the hood.

Qualifications

• Comfortable suggesting additional services to guests based on inspection and/or manufacturer and Valvoline recommendations.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and instructions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to cross-train as a top-side technician.

Responsibilities

• Present oil change options and additional services to guests.
• Utilize product knowledge to recommend services and upgrades.
