Job summary

Seneca Foods Corporation, a leading U.S. producer of packaged fruits and vegetables, is seeking a qualified energetic Human Resources Administrator to work at our Ripon, WI facility.

You will serve as the primary contact for team members and candidates, handling benefits, payroll, training, talent acquisition, employee relations and recognition programs. Responsibilities include staffing, workers' compensation, training logs, reporting, and coordinating employee events.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, OSHA and other regulatory programs.
• Ability to maintain extreme confidentiality.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Staffing - posting jobs, tracking applicants, interviews, job offers, pre-employment screening, hiring, etc.
• Oversee workers' compensation claims
• Maintain training log / LMS Administrator
• Compile reports - weekly and monthly
• Assist employees with work and personal issues
• Coordinate employee functions - parties, tenure program, gift cards, etc.
• Assist Safety Coordinator - Audiograms, Safety Glasses, Respiratory Protection, Safety Committee, etc.
• Other tasks as assigned

Seneca Foods Corporation is currently looking for a qualified energetic Human Resources Adminisrator to work at one of our food processing/manufacturing facilities located in Ripon, WI.

Our Human Resources Admin utilizes their knowledge and skills to administer our benefits, compensation, leave, payroll, training, talent acquisition, employee relations and recognition programs.

We are looking for a high energy customer service driven individual who will be the primary contact for our team members and potential candidates.

Responsibilities:
