Job summary

Adecco is assisting Reserve Island Resorts in Honolulu, HI to fill a temporary-to-hire Customer Service support role. The position offers full-time hours with starting pay of $19.00–$20.00 per hour, in a role focused on welcoming members, handling phones, and supporting various administrative projects.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and have strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members at reception.
• Answer main phone calls and transfer as needed.
• Sort and pick up mail; handle outgoing mail.
• Assist with projects: scanning, filing, Excel tasks, drafting/editing Word documents, contacting members, posting classes, generating correspondence, and related administrative duties.
