Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide is seeking a friendly customer service colleague to handle inbound calls and assist customers at collection points. You’ll work with drivers on collections and deliveries, aiming to exceed customer expectations.

We offer 22.5 days holiday, medical care, a company pension, uniform provided and ample development opportunities. Starting salary £25,201 rising to £27,561 after six months, plus an annual supplement.

Qualifications

• Front line customer service experience is useful but not essential.
• Good level of computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Able to input information from databases.

Responsibilities

• Deal with inbound telephone calls and look after customers at collection points.
• Coordinate with drivers regarding collection and deliveries.
