The YMCA of Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking Activity and Building Supervisors to enhance the member experience. You will build relationships with members and program participants, mentor youth, and maintain a safe environment during evening and weekend hours.

These roles emphasize supervising people, enforcing safety guidelines, and responding calmly to incidents, in a leading non-profit dedicated to strengthening the community. Flexible schedules and opportunities to grow are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or supervising and leading people.
