Job summary

The YMCA of Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a Youth Sports Site Supervisor to lead and support youth sports programs within our community facility. You will work closely with staff and volunteers to promote safety, positive relationships, and high-quality experiences for participants of all ages.

This role offers flexible hours and the chance to contribute meaningfully to local youth development and community engagement through organized sports activities.

Qualifications

• Site Supervisor positions are great opportunities for college students pursuing a career in sports management or working with youth.

Responsibilities

• Professionally and positively carries out leadership responsibilities to oversee, guide and assist Youth Sports staff and volunteers.
• Listens to concerns, resolves problems and corrects inappropriate behavior of spectators, participants and/or coaches.
• Properly prepares activity/playing area to ensure safety of all participants.
