Great Northern Corporation in Fontana, CA is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the Account Manager in selling packaging products and coordinating customer orders. You will interface with manufacturing and shipping to ensure accurate, on-time delivery and responsive customer service.

You will review orders, quote prices, and maintain customer data in the CRM while resolving inquiries and past-due accounts. This role offers a team-first environment with benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates with Account Manager on existing and new business opportunities
• Processes inquiries regarding orders, price requests, basic product information, verification of ship date, expediting orders, ordering samples, etc.
• Reviews orders for accuracy, calculates and verifies product pricing per established company schedules, and enters all order information including customer, product, board, pricing, quantity, and ship dates
• Processes price quoting, which includes obtaining freight rates and creating and forwarding quotes to customer
• Expedites product orders through manufacturing and shipping
• Creates, updates, and maintains account price pages
• Creates new customers in the CRM database. Collects all necessary documents on all potential new customers
• Resolves customer complaints and processes credits as needed
• Processes artwork/design and obtains approval for print requests
• Contacts customers who are past due on invoices
• Coordinates with otherAccount Coordinators and Account Managers on cross territory sales
• Connects, assists, and redirects phone calls and emails

Position Summary

Partners with outside Account Manager to facilitate the sale of packaging products. Manages and coordinates customer orders and inquiries and interfaces with related manufacturing and shipping personnel, ensuring quality products are received by the customer as purchased.

Starting Salary

Minimum $26.00/hour, dependent on experience
