Job summary

Everflow Supplies is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Arlington team. This role supports sales operations through order processing, quoting, pricing, and account management, while delivering exceptional service to customers in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well organized, and proficient with NetSuite. Experience in plumbing or building materials is a plus, and bilingual in English/Spanish is

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and other channels.
• Process orders, quotes, bids, returns, and order modifications accurately.
• Support inside/outside sales with quotations and follow-up.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to the appropriate rep.
• Respond to pricing inquiries and manage pricing in NetSuite.
• Follow up on quotes and opportunities to maximize sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and order/delivery issues promptly.
• Monitor backorders and provide delivery date updates.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Operations for order fulfillment.
• Engage new and existing customers to grow relationships and sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records in NetSuite.

Position Summary

Everflow Supplies is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers while supporting sales operations through order processing, quoting, pricing, and account management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment. Experience with NetSuite and industrial or plumbing products is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Process customer orders, quotes, bids, returns, and order modifications accurately and efficiently.
• Support both inside and outside sales teams by preparing quotations, coordinating customer follow-up, and assisting with sales opportunities.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities and refer them to the appropriate sales representative for further development.
• Respond to pricing inquiries, maintain accurate pricing within NetSuite, and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
• Follow up on quotes, bids, and outstanding opportunities to maximize sales conversion.
• Resolve customer concerns, order discrepancies, and delivery issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and manage backorders, providing customers with timely updates on product availability and expected delivery dates.
• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Proactively engage with new, existing, and inactive customers to strengthen relationships and generate additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products, industry trends, and competitor pricing.
• Coordinate special orders and custom product requests with Purchasing and Product Management.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within NetSuite.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

Required

• Experience using NetSuite ERP.
• Previous customer service or sales support experience in a distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

• Experience within the plumbing, industrial, construction, HVAC, or building materials industry.
• Experience with pricing, quoting, and sales order management.
• Knowledge of inventory management and distribution operations.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Target Compensation Range: The posted pay range of $50,000-$55,000 represents the anticipated hiring range for this position. Individual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, education, certifications, geographic location, market conditions, internal compensation practices, and other job-related business considerations, consistent with applicable law.
