Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a Customer Sales Support specialist in Chula Vista, CA to assist the sales team and customers.

The role handles inquiries, processes orders, coordinates communications, and ensures a smooth sales experience, contributing to high customer satisfaction and efficient end-to-end service delivery. You will work with Airlines, MRO facilities, and Brokers, supporting aftermarket spares orders and account management while using CRM tools and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM PST.
• Experience with CRM, order management, or high-profile customer support.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with Airlines, MRO facilities, & Brokers to support aftermarket spares orders and account management.
• Provide customer support for navigation and use of the global Spares and Technical Service Portal.
• Communicate product and service information to customers via phone or email.
• Support credit releases and invoice payment requirements.
• Process orders and quotes per Standard Work procedures and escalate as needed.
• Provide daily output reports to management to help hit targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance processes and quality.
• Record customer interactions in ERP, Dynamics CRM, and Salesforce.
• Coordinate with provisioning, shipping, and inventory to trace shipments.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and knowledge of products.

Job Description

The Customer Sales Support role is responsible for assisting the sales team and customers by managing inquiries, processing orders, coordinating communications, and ensuring a smooth sales experience. This role helps maintain customer satisfaction, supports sales operations, and contributes to efficient end-to-end service delivery.

In detail, the role assists global airline nacelle support needs, responds to customer general inquiries, follows documented procedures, collects data, and provides information to customers to resolve concerns. You will work within a high-performance team environment to maintain 24/7 global support, along with account management responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work directly with Airlines, Airline Maintenance and Repair Overhaul (MRO) facilities, & Brokers, providing support for their aftermarket spares orders and duties related to overall customer service and account management.
• Provide customer support for navigation and utilization of our global Spares and Technical Service Customer Portal
• Communicate with customers by telephone or electronically to provide information about the organization's products, services, and address basic inquiries/concerns.
• Actively work on credit releases and invoice payments requirements
• Process customer orders and quotes in accordance with Standard Work procedures, and when required, redirect queries to appropriate department or personnel
• Provide daily work output reports to management to ensure business targets are met.
• Act as an active participant for continuous improvement for the betterment of the organization's processes and quality
• Manage and maintain a record of customer interactions or transactions in the ERP system, CRM MS Dynamics, and Salesforce
• Coordinate with provisioning, shipping, and inventory warehouses to expedite or trace shipments.
• Provide excellent support to customers to ensure customers' satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of organization and products to provide the appropriate information and support to customers.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both in writing and verbally in the English language. Ability to verbally communicate in alternate languages is helpful.
• Monday - Friday, Day-Time Shifts -
  • 8:30AM - 5:00PM PST
• Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience (2-4 years) with Customer Relationship Management, business processes, order management, high profile customer support
  • Microsoft Office suite (excel, word, power-point, access) applications including use of MS Dynamics and TEAMS messaging
  • Participation in Continuous Improvement activities
  • Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent business system application experience
