Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time customer service representative in Ackerly, TX to support sales teams and customers with timeliness and professionalism.

You will process inquiries, quotes and orders, source parts, and assist in generating sales while helping in the stockroom and delivering materials as needed. A 1+ year background in customer service or inside sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail in daily tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR).
• On-site position with no relocation benefits; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Process customer inquiries, quotes, orders, and returns.
• Source parts and assist in generating sales.
• Support stockroom operations as needed.
