FORSHAW is seeking a highly motivated and efficient individual to join our team as a Customer Sales & Service Representative for the Charlotte branch. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, order placement and documentation, and driving profits. Your goal will be to deliver delightful customer service by understanding products, maintaining professionalism, and resolving customer issues in ways that align with FORSHAW's Mission, Vision, and Values.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of excellent customer service and high attention to detail; and the ability to manage multiple priorities successfully. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be a strong team player to succeed in this role.

Requirements

• Assist customers in identifying and placing orders for products by telephone, email, and servicing new and repeat walk-in customers.
• Correctly enter and document customer orders as well as determine the appropriate shipping method.
• Drive profits through outbound customer calls.
• Increase customer profitability by utilizing cross-selling and upselling techniques.
• Seek to resolve customer issues in the best interest of the customer and FORSHAW.
• Maintain professional composure in highly stressful or adverse situations and diplomatically handle challenging situations.
• Manage time, priorities, and resources to achieve goals.
