Job summary

FORSHAW is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for our Boston branch. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders, while delivering delightful customer service and ensuring accuracy.

A strong team player with safety awareness and forklift experience will thrive in this fast-paced environment. The role requires 2 years of warehouse experience, English proficiency, and ability to operate warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• Two years of warehouse experience, including use of forklift and pallet jack.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Available to begin early mornings Monday - Friday with reliable transportation to on-site location.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public.
• Basic computer experience or knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Handle picking, packing, and shipping of products via LTL and UPS.
• Manage inventory placement, product counts, and upkeep.
• Maintain delivery and shipping documents.
• Provide a high level of customer service, establish and maintain customer relations, and communicate order and delivery information with customers.
• Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
• Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed and OSHA regulations followed.
• Assist FORSHAW Customer Service Representatives and Salespeople with incoming orders.
• Other duties as required.

FORSHAW is seeking a highly motivated and efficient individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate for the Boston branch. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your goal will be to deliver delightful customer service by processing orders correctly and efficiently in ways that align with FORSHAW's Mission, Vision, and Values.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of pick, pack, and shipping accuracy; and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely. You must have a high attention to detail and be a strong team player to succeed in this role.
