Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time Customer Sales & Service Representative at our New Berlin, WI service center. You will provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers.

• Solve customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process/expedite orders & returns
• Source parts from suppliers nationwide
• Assist in generating sales by upselling, adding on, & educating customers
• Help in the stockroom & deliver orders to customers as needed
