Applied Industrial Technologies in Hibbing, MN is hiring a full-time Customer Sales & Service Representative to provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers.

In this role you will partner with customers and the outside sales team to find products, solve needs, and build lasting relationships while handling quotes, orders, returns, and deliveries.

• Industrial distribution or parts background is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

What You'll Do

In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and outside sales team to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.

• Solve customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process/expedite orders & returns
• Source parts from suppliers nationwide
• Assist in generating sales by upselling, adding on, & educating customers
• Help in the stockroom & deliver orders to customers as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• 1+ year customer service, inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience required. Industrial distribution or parts counter environment preferred
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude & attention to detail
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)

In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the typical estimated total compensation for this position is around $22/hr depending on experience, plus potential bonus opportunities. Bonus amounts can be tied to company, location and/or individual performance, but no specific amount is guaranteed.
