Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time customer service representative in Twin Falls, ID, onsite at our service center. You will support the sales team and customers, handling inquiries, quotes, orders, returns, and parts sourcing in a fast-paced environment.

Hours are 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. We offer a competitive hourly rate with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits as part of a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service or inside sales. Industrial distribution or parts counter environment a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and familiarity with data entry.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting and returns.
• Source parts and assist in generating sales.
• Support the sales team and customers with timely, professional service.
• Assist in stockroom tasks and deliver orders as needed.

We are hiring a full-time creative, resourceful customer service representative (CSR) in Twin Falls, ID. In this role, you will provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers. What You’ll Do

In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and Account Manager to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.

• Customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting / returns
• Sourcing parts
• Assist in generating sales
• Help in the stockroom as needed, deliver orders to customers as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service or inside sales. Industrial distribution or parts counter environment a plus
• Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask, sense of humor
• Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude. Basic computer skills including Excel
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
• This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on site.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. We are not able to offer sponsorship of work visas for this position.
