Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time Customer Sales & Service Representative at our Renton / Seattle, WA service center. In this role, you'll provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers.

You'll solve inquiries, process orders, source parts, and assist with sales generation while maintaining accurate data and strong communication. The role is on-site with opportunities for bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service, inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience required.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Solve customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process/expedite orders & returns.
• Source parts from suppliers nationwide.
• Assist in generating sales by upselling, adding on, & educating customers.
• Assemble hoses for walk-in customers.
• Help in the stockroom & deliver orders to customers as needed.

In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the typical estimated total compensation for this position is $25.00-$29.00/hr depending on experience, including potential bonus opportunities. Bonus amounts can be tied to company, location and/or individual performance, but no specific amount is guaranteed.

What You’ll Do

• Proficient in Microsoft Office & data entry software
• Attention to detail, time management, organization, & communication
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
