IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE WORK FROM HOME FLEXIBILITY and NO COLD CALLING! This is a full-time role with a probationary period of up to 90 days.

As an Inbound Customer Sales Representative for Threshold Brands, your home location will not matter but your understanding of your role and responsibilities will! Threshold Brands is a private equity sponsored franchisor with over 400 franchise locations generating sales more than $200 million annually. All our brands provide services for homeowners. We operate on a virtual, nationwide basis.

In this position, you will handle inbound and outbound sales calls from consumers, identify their needs, make recommendations, and close sales while building lasting relationships. Purpose and Responsibilities:
  1. Sign up new customers for recurring and one-time appointments through quoting, selling, and follow-up.
  2. Respond to inbound phone and web inquiries courteously and professionally via phone and email.
  3. Accurately obtain and enter potential customer account information.
  4. Act as an intermediary between potential customers and franchisees during the sales process.
  5. Achieve monthly close percentage targets.
Professional Qualifications:
  1. 1-2 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
  2. Previous phone experience preferred.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Ability to multitask (talking, typing, attention to detail).
  5. Problem-solving skills and ability to overcome objections professionally.
  6. Strong computer skills, with typing speed of 40+ wpm.
Contact Solutions Center - Hours of Operation (EST):

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

*Willingness to work within scheduled hours is required.
Compensation:

$50k annual potential (Hourly + Monthly Commissions)
