Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our remote team. In this fully commission-based role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing freight deals. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced freight sales professionals or ambitious self-starters who thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and onboard new shippers through cold calling, networking, and lead generation

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers

• Understand customers’ freight needs and offer tailored logistics solutions

• Negotiate rates and terms with clients while ensuring profitability

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless booking and shipment execution

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the shipping process

• Track performance metrics and meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in freight brokerage, logistics sales, or transportation industry preferred

• Strong understanding of freight markets and pricing strategies

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment

• Comfortable working on a commission-only compensation structure

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus
