Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor to work in one of our auto service centers, delivering outstanding service while driving tire and service sales. You will engage guests, assess their needs, explain warranties and promotions, and manage check-in to check-out.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No relocation offered.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous automotive guest service experience.
• Previous tire sales experience.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging guests and promoting tire and service packages.
• Build guest relationships and assess their needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Explain warranties, advertising, and promotions of products and services.
• Coordinate check-in, scheduling, time estimates, and checkout for services.
• Recommend products based on manufacturing guidelines.
• Utilize training tools to develop skills.
• Maintain cleaning and safety of work and guest areas.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels; stand/bend/squat.

Skills

Guest service experience

Valid driver's license

18 years or older

Work authorization in the U.S.

Spanish speaking preferred

Education
