Job Description

Here at Kraft Heinz, our US Sales team aspires to be an Indispensable Partner with a Growth and Winning Mindset, focused on Superior Execution daily. This role involves owning the entire KHC portfolio, driving $15M net revenue as part of the Basha’s Customer Business Team (CBT). The CSM acts as the liaison between Kraft Heinz and the customer’s buying teams, leading sales activities to improve gross margin and market share, delivering revenue and share objectives, and executing the sales plan and shelving goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner effectively with customers to understand their business and foster growth
  • Achieve goals related to new item authorization, distribution, revenue, and market share
  • Lead space management projects
  • Drive promotional revenue through tactics, pricing, and events, aligning with Kraft Heinz strategies
  • Maintain detailed business transaction records
  • Identify new profitable growth opportunities
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and propose strategic ideas

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in customer, account, or retail sales management within a CPG company
  • Ability to manage a business with at least $15M net revenue
  • Customer-first selling mentality and autonomy in planning and prioritizing
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales systems like IRI, Spark
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using syndicated data for business planning
  • Willingness to travel 10-15%

Work Environment & Schedule:

This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel and a salaried, exempt schedule. Physical demands include driving and extensive screen time.

Salary & Benefits:

Base salary ranges from $102,100 to $127,600, with eligibility for performance bonuses. Benefits include healthcare, wellbeing programs, and retirement plans tailored to diverse needs.
