Role & responsibilities
-Respond to customer queries via email and phone
-Provide high-quality customer support to UK-based Customers
-Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
-Maintain a professional and courteous customer experience
-Managing backend operations of the website
-Co-ordination with Tutors to ensure smooth conduct of classes.
Preferred candidate profile :
-Interested in long-term growth and career development
-Proficient in IT and telephone-based sales
-Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
-Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
-Willing to work during UK Shift timings-2.30 pm-10.30 pm with 2 days rotational off.
