1. Answer incoming calls regarding installation, disconnection, or service changes.
2. Build customer confidence and loyalty through attentive listening and knowledge of Verizon's offerings.
3. Identify customer needs and proactively suggest products and services to meet sales goals.
4. Resolve inquiries and disputes related to service, billing, and policies.
5. Verify and correct service orders as necessary.
6. Negotiate collections for overdue bills.
7. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Manage systems and tools while engaging with customers on calls.

Qualifications:

• Related Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in customer service call centers.
• Previous collections experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and precisely.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ownership of customer concerns.
