GSP Transportation Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Agent to greet customers and ensure smooth rental transactions by following SOPs and work instructions.
The CSA will offer optional supplementary products, handle phone and counter inquiries, address customer concerns, and guide customers through the rental process. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and sales orientation, with responsibilities to maintain rental files and communicate with shuttle drivers.
The CSA greets customers and ensures a smooth car rental transaction by following all SOPs and work instructions. The CSA offers optional supplementary products, handles phone and counter inquiries, addresses customer concerns, and guides customers through the rental transaction.
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. This position reports to the Counter Supervisor and Location Manager.
