Realtor.com is seeking an entry-level Retention Account Specialist to engage with real estate agents and brokers, reinforcing the value of our product suite. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, rebuild value for at-risk accounts, and coordinate with Digital Sales Consultant and Sales Management to meet retention goals.

Daily duties include managing approximately 50 calls per day, negotiating terms, processing discounts and extensions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years related experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience with advertising products or services is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce preferred.

Responsabilidades

• What You’ll Do: handle account retention on assigned realtor.com accounts.
• Take inbound and make outbound calls to agents daily.
• Re-build value in Realtor.com solutions for canceling services.
• Provide clear communication and timely resolutions to agents.
• Resolve retention issues on agent and broker accounts.
• Meet or exceed retention goals and outbound call targets.
• Engage customers with respect and integrity.
