First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking Customer Service Representatives to respond to and resolve customer issues for those considering closing their accounts and to offer solutions to retain them.

Extensive paid training, varied shift options, and starting pay of $17.25–$19.15 per hour with monthly incentives are part of the role, along with a competitive benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Job Description:

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Shift: Varying shift options available

Job Status: Full-time and Part-Time

Pay: $17.25-19.15/hour starting, additional monthly incentives available

Work Site This job is offered on-site in Sioux Falls. Employees must live within 50 miles of a PREMIER location or plan on relocating.

Shift Options

• Full-Time: Monday-Friday 12:00pm-9:00pm , Every Other Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm or Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm, Every Other Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm
• Part Time: Monday-Friday 2pm-9pm , Every Other Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm
• No Sundays!

About the Role:

• Respond to and resolve customer issues for those considering closing their accounts and offer solutions to retain them.

Training

• Extensive paid training program, up to 3 weeks in length.

Pay

Base wage starting at $17.25-19.15/hr. with opportunities to increase take home pay.

• Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives
• Career path from Associate I to Associate IV – each step earning an increase in pay
• Earn up to an additional $3.50/hr. when working non-traditional hours
• Bilingual skills are compensated in the form of a 10% differential
