Qualifications

• Active P&C and Life & Health licenses required.
• Previous insurance or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy needed.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers with billing, renewals, policy changes, and coverage questions.
• Providing calm and empathetic support during claims-related conversations.
• Reviewing accounts to identify missing or outdated coverage.
• Following up with customers regarding pending service and sales needs.
• Discussing life insurance and other appropriate protection options.
• Working toward monthly retention and in-book sales goals.
• Requesting referrals from satisfied customers.
• Encouraging customers to share their experiences through Google reviews.
• Documenting customer conversations and next steps accurately.
• Supporting coworkers and adjusting to changing office priorities.
