Job summary

Dustin Kirkman State Farm is seeking a friendly, empathetic Customer Retention Specialist to join our Ozark office. This in-office, full-time role focuses on strengthening relationships with current customers, resolving service needs, and ensuring ongoing support for their coverage.

You will discuss life insurance options, review existing policies, and help customers protect what matters most while contributing to agency growth through in-book sales goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses before beginning employment.
• Licensing guidance, resources, and support will be provided to help qualified candidates complete the process.
• Prior insurance, account management, or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen relationships with current customers and review existing coverage.
• Help resolve service needs, billing, renewals, policy changes, and coverage questions.
• Identify additional insurance needs within the existing book of business.
• Promote life insurance during appropriate customer conversations and follow up.
• Meet monthly retention and in-book sales goals.
