Role Overview:

Could you be our next Customer Retention Intern? Globe Life is looking for a Customer Retention Intern to join the team in Summer 2027!

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Customer Retention team in executing a telephony migration and implementing a new outbound dialer system. You will assist with data analysis, cross-functional coordination, and training readiness activities to help ensure a smooth and successful implementation. This is a project-focused role where your analytical contributions will have a direct impact on a large‑scale initiative.
