Role Overview:

Could you be our next Regulatory Compliance Intern? Globe Life is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Intern to join the team in Summer 2027! In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Regulatory Compliance department within a life and accident insurance company. You will gain hands‑on exposure to departmental operations, processes, and projects while contributing to team goals under the guidance of experienced professionals. This is an on‑site position located in McKinney, TX.

What You Will Do:

• Assist department team members with day‑to‑day operational tasks and ongoing projects.
• Participate in team meetings, client interactions, and cross‑functional discussions as appropriate.
• Support the preparation, documentation, and organization of departmental materials and reports.
• Assist with data gathering, analysis, and summarization to support business decisions.
• Contribute to compliance and process improvement initiatives as directed by management.
• Perform research and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned by department leadership.

What You Can Bring:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least junior standing by the start of the internship.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to summarize and present information clearly.
• Ability to analyze information, draw logical conclusions, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
