• Takes payments on accounts and required deposits, ensuring proper cash handling.
• Processes requests to start, transfer or stop services and makes account changes as needed.
• Initiates actions to resolve complaints when necessary.
• Sends correspondence for collection of past-due accounts.
• Examines meter readings and creates service orders for corrective action.
• Maintains customer service files and assists customers with online accounts.
