Black Hills Energy is seeking a customer service-focused professional to join our contact center. You will respond to inquiries, research data, and resolve issues accurately while progressing from training into an independent role with increased compensation and growth opportunities.
Starting wage is $19.25 per hour with potential to rise to $20.25 after successful training, plus bilingual English/Spanish pay for qualified employees. Training may last up to six months.
