Customer Research Statistical Analyst 2 – Kum & Go
Position Summary & Day-to-Day Responsibilities
This role serves as a strategic analytics partner, using advanced statistical techniques to uncover customer insights and influence high-impact business decisions. Day-to-day, you’ll analyze customer behavior, test marketing initiatives, and provide executives with data-backed recommendations to enhance our customer experience.
- Translate complex customer datasets into actionable insights for Marketing, Loyalty, Promotions, and Digital teams.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, identifying opportunities to drive engagement, loyalty, and incremental sales.
- Lead analysis of multi-source customer data to uncover behavioral drivers, segmentation opportunities, and emerging trends.
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests across loyalty programs, marketing campaigns, and promotional offers.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and measurement frameworks that clearly communicate performance and impact.
- Analyze survey data, CSAT, NPS, and customer sentiment to identify friction points and recommend CX improvements.
- Build advanced customer profiles and predictive models to support personalized marketing and lifecycle strategies.
- Deliver narrative-driven reports and presentations that simplify complex analytics for cross-functional partners and executives.
- Continuously explore new methods, tools, and data sources to elevate customer understanding and decision‑making.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in statistical, financial, customer, or advanced quantitative analysis, with a track record of driving measurable impact.
- Hands‑on expertise with SQL and either R or Python for statistical modeling and data manipulation.
- Experience using data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI to create executive‑ready dashboards.
- Proficiency in designing and interpreting A/B and multivariate testing frameworks for marketing or product optimization.
- Strong data storytelling skills—able to translate analytics into clear, compelling insights for non‑technical audiences.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $75,000–$85,000 + DOE and Bonus Opportunities
