What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute primary research initiatives, including writing briefs, programming surveys, and delivering impactful reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- 4-5 years in customer/marketing research, analytics, or related role
- 2+ years of experience conducting primary quantitative and qualitative research
- Proven ability to independently drive projects to conclusion with cross-functional partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a Retail/eCommerce environment is strongly preferred
- Methodological expertise in advanced quantitative methodologies such as segmentation and longitudinal brand tracking
- Comfort in moderating qualitative engagements such as focus groups and in-depth interviews
