You will advocate for customers, address concerns, educate on services, process payments, and maintain accurate CRM records. This in-office role requires strong communication, organization, and professionalism every day.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately and securely in the CRM.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and SMS.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Educate customers about services and promotions.
• Coordinate with managers and technicians to optimize routes.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
