You will manage calls, appointments, and payments, maintain CRM records, and work with managers and techs to keep service on track, fostering customer satisfaction and retention.

• Educate customers about services and promotions and maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with branch managers and technicians to coordinate routes and resolve issues.
• Handle retention tasks and proactively reschedule appointments.
• Provide feedback on customer trends to improve service delivery.
