Urbanex is hiring a Customer Relations Specialist to be the initial point of contact at the Chattanooga branch. You will advocate for customers, address concerns, educate on services, and ensure a positive experience.

The role requires self-motivation, reliability, and strong professionalism in all interactions. You will handle calls, schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with branch managers and technicians to deliver top-notch pest control

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
• Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities.
• Team player with autonomy to work independently.
• Familiarity with FieldRoutes CRM or similar systems is a plus.
• Must pass background and credit checks for handling payments.
• Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Schedule and reschedule service appointments, coordinating with technicians.
• Process customer payments accurately and securely; maintain CRM records.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and SMS in a timely manner.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Educate customers about services, maintenance needs, and promotions.
• Collaborate with branch managers and technicians to optimize routes.
• Manage retention tasks and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Provide feedback on trends to improve service delivery.
• Support branch managers with various tasks as required.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
