Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting inquiries, resolving issues, and managing orders from initial contact through fulfillment.
• Proactively engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls, maintain CRM records, provide updates on order status and warranty claims.
• Support sales reps and distribution partners, prepare quotes, process orders, and generate reports for sales and distribution activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams—sales, accounting, operations, and production—to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage communications across phone, email, and other channels with prompt, professional responses.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

What’s a typical day as Customer Relations Specialist? You’ll be:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and managing orders from initial contact through fulfillment.
• Proactively engaging with customers via inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and providing updates on order status and warranty claims.
• Supporting sales representatives and distribution partners, preparing quotations, processing orders, and generating reports for sales and distribution activities.
• Collaborating with internal teams—including sales, accounting, operations, and production—to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
• Managing communications across phone, email, and other channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Developing in-depth product knowledge to provide tailored solutions and recommendations to customers.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or inside sales (experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing industries is a plus).
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational and multitasking abilities, and a team-oriented approach.
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new CRM systems and technologies.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
