The Kim Varnadore State Farm Agency is seeking a Customer Relations Representative who can provide outstanding support to clients while confidently identifying and closing in-book sales opportunities within our existing customer accounts.

This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). Candidates not yet licensed must be willing to obtain both licenses— with full support and guidance from our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Service Handle inquiries, resolve client issues, and consistently provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive Retention & Sales Growth Identify in-book sales opportunities, assist with coverage upgrades, and recommend additional policies that add value for existing clients.
• Stay Organized & Accurate Maintain up-to-date client records, process changes efficiently, and ensure follow-through on all service requests.
• Collaborate for Success Work closely with the agency team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to shared sales and service goals.
