Qualifications

The O'Malley State Farm Agency is looking for a friendly, energetic, and outgoing people-person to join our team! In this role, you'll be one of the first people our customers talk to—helping with everyday insurance needs, answering questions, solving problems, and making sure they have a great experience with our agency.

This position starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role if that’s something you're interested in.

What you’ll do

Insurance experience is a plus, but definitely not required. If you're not currently licensed, we'll help guide you through the process and can provide financial assistance toward obtaining your insurance licenses.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. By accepting this position, you are not guaranteed an agency position with State Farm Insurance Companies. As an agent team member, you will still need to go through the regular State Farm agent selection process when you are ready to pursue an agency opportunity. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.

Compensation $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
