Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a similar/related position.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent minimum.
• High levels of customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Level 2 escalation point for complex customer issues.
• Capture and maintain customer data in internal systems.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and clients on complex service issues.
• Monitor SLAs across multiple Lines of Business.
• Deliver first-class customer service and clear guidance to candidates.
