Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Coordinator Customer Relations to assist owners and guests with experiences and events that create memorable vacation memories. The role involves concierge-style services, detailed amenity information, and engaging guests by phone and in person to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

You will work to identify guest needs, coordinate fulfillment at arrival, and maintain professional interactions with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Customer relations and guest service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to engage guests, answer questions and provide information.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with preview tour customers via telephone before scheduled arrival.
• Offer Concierge-style services to guests on promotional vacation packages.
• Provide detailed information about property amenities.
• Engage customers in conversation about their stay, services, and attractions.
• Identify special customer needs and arrange fulfillment at arrival.
• Address customer service needs in a professional, timely manner.
• Welcome and greet guests and interact with colleagues and guests professionally.

As a Coordinator Customer Relations, a typical day will include:

• Communicate s with preview tour customer via telephone before their scheduled arrival and tour date.
• You will offer Concierge-style services to guests coming to stay with us on a promotional vacation package.
• Provide s detailed information about property amenities.
• Engage s customers in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions/offerings.
• Identif ies special customer needs and arranges to have those needs fulfilled upon customer arrival.
• Address es customers' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Enjoy talking with guests by phone and/or in person with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Coordinator Customer Relations:

• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 10lbs without assistance .
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
