Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide in Orlando is seeking a Coordinator Marketing Linkage to engage guests at desk locations, schedule sales presentations, and deliver premier service that supports revenue goals.

Successful candidates have sales or customer service experience and are willing to work weekends and holidays; concierge or sales background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
• Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

As a Coordinator Marketing Linkage , a typical day will include:

• Engag ing with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
• Schedul ing sales presentations and managing customer expectations.

To Become a Coordinator Marketing Linkage :
