Responsibilities

• Service Warranty/Customer Pay transaction follow up phone calls.
• Missed service appointment follow up calls.
• Customer liaison for complaints from service issues.
• New Vehicle and CPO Cadillac Sold follow up phone calls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background & drug screening.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
