Customer Relations Specialist – Retail Customer Service Office Duties

Our customer service jobs are focused around helping customers with warranty issues, product concerns and processing their orders in a timely manner. Job Responsibilities

• Verify all information related to orders is accurate and identify and correct discrepancies.
• Complete all documentation accurately and efficiently and process information regarding cash balances, deliveries, sales orders, account balances in compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Provide customer service support by answering phones, managing counter inquiries, processing payments, and solving customer complaints/questions.
• Complete and process credit applications, payments and financing paperwork.
• Communicate with internal and external personnel in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate files and processes to maximize productivity.
• Perform clerical support for store staff as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
