Big Sandy Superstore in Hamilton, OH is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to help customers with warranty issues, product concerns, and order processing, delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

The role focuses on accurate data entry, handling inquiries by phone and counter, processing payments and financing paperwork, and maintaining organized files to maximize store productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills.
• Basic reading and comprehension skills.
• Basic numerical reasoning skills.
• Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat and efficient manner.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Verifies all information related to orders is accurate; identifies and corrects discrepancies.
• Completes documentation and processes cash balances, deliveries, sales orders, and account balances in compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Provides customer service support by answering phones, managing counter inquiries, processing payments, solving complaints/questions.
• Completes and processes credit applications, payments and financing paperwork.
• Communicates with internal and external personnel professionally and timely.
• Maintains accurate files and processes to maximize productivity.
• Performs clerical support for store staff as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
