Job summary

ABB is seeking a Customer Quality professional in the United States to represent the Voice of the Customer, facilitate resolution of cases, and drive preventive actions through root cause analysis. The role involves coaching teams to evaluate risks from a customer perspective and collaborate across functions to improve quality and processes.

The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree and has familiarity with 5S, 8D, RCA, and PPAP, plus strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• Knowledge of 5S, 8D Reports, RCA, and PPAP is desired.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
