Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in quality management or related field.
• Experience with customer-facing quality issues and audits.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage customer visits; communicate customer information across departments.
• Provide feedback on issues during order execution and ensure timely customer communication.
• Coordinate customer factory audits and ensure quality standards are met.
• Investigate customer complaints and submit corrective/preventive actions.
• Travel to project sites as needed to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
