Job summary

RS Technologies is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to lead investigations and close quality gaps for utility pole products. You will manage customer communications, drive root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions across manufacturing processes.

Successful candidates will have a quality-focused engineering background, experience with ISO 9001, and strong data analysis skills in a fast-paced industrial setting. Relocation assistance and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent quality role experience.
• 3+ years in quality assurance/engineering in manufacturing or composites.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and customer-facing quality activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer interface for quality issues and communications.
• Lead root cause analysis and 8D investigations; drive corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and 8D/5-Why analyses for customers.
• Interpret specifications and ensure manufacturing alignment with standards.
• Support audits and ISO 9001:2015 compliance; assist in supplier quality.
• Develop and monitor customer inspection test plans and participate in FAI.
