Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 7–10 years manufacturing experience including 5 years in quality engineering, and a strong background in ISO 9001, data analysis, and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required, preferably materials, chemical, or mechanical.
• 7–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience including at least 5 years in quality engineering.
• Strong background in ISO 9001, quality systems, and data-driven problem solving with relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports Customer Quality and Measurement Quality by managing production specifications and customer requirements.
• Partners with engineering, operations, and product teams on PPAP, audits, and corrective actions.
• Leads quality improvement activities, including MSA, gage R&R, and statistical analysis.
• Drives root cause analysis and remediation to prevent recurrence across the plant.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering

Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
