Job summary

SILAB Inc. is seeking a dynamic professional to join the US growth team in our East Brunswick, NJ office. You will support customers with scientific, regulatory, marketing, and commercial aspects, collaborating with US account managers and SILAB’s French headquarters.

You will act as a key information hub, coordinating with French counterparts and driving project follow-ups via CRM, while monitoring market activity and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or engineering degree in cosmetics, pharmacy, biology, agronomy, or chemistry.
• Organization and proactive communication in a team environment.
• Experience supporting customer relationships in scientific or commercial contexts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct customer support across scientific, regulatory, marketing, and commercial aspects.
• Coordinate with French counterparts and US account managers.
• Participate in internal meetings to develop action plans.
• Manage project follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Monitor the US market and report activity.
• Handle customer claims when needed.
